The EW-05E is an automatic cut and strip machine for industrial cables up to 28 mm outer diameter. All servo motor with maximized productivity up to 1500 pcs./h!
1. 28-roller driving with belts feeding. Strong feeding force, highly precise feed length as per program set with 0.1 mm increment and no scratch mark on wire insulation/jacket guarantee.
2. Programmable and intuitive roller gap and roller pressure setup on PLC touch screen, no need manual adjustment.
3. Longer left side stripping length (max.300 mm), thanks to the auto-open function of left roller set.
4. Memory capacity of 100 programs with specific 3-layer stripping program for shield cable.
5. Optional middle strip module, slit module.
6. Optional pre-feeder, stacker and coiler.
