Feature
1. This machine adopts touch screen parameter setting, and the self-developed control system is equipped with high-speed servo drive + step drive combined with pneumatic, which has extremely high crimping efficiency and stable dimensional accuracy control.
2. Precision ball screw with linear guide transmission makes stripping and crimping more accurate and effective, with large torque, low noise and long life.
3. The cutter is set as a group of 6 pieces, and the tangent and other two ends are stripped at the same time to make the speed faster.
4. Wall-mounted rotary touch screen adjustment, more flexible application operation. The crimping of both ends + one end through the sheath and positioning are completed in one integration, which greatly improves the efficiency.
