Feature
1. This machine adopts touch screen parameter setting, and the self-developed control system is equipped with high-speed servo drive + step drive combined with pneumatic, which has extremely high crimping efficiency and stable dimensional accuracy control.
2. Precision ball screw with linear guide transmission makes the stripping and crimping accuracy more accurate and effective, with large torque, low noise and long life.
3. The cutter is set as a group of 4 pieces, and the stripping operation at both ends of the tangent is faster.
4. Wall-mounted rotary touch screen adjustment, more flexible application operation.
5. One end crimping + sheathing, one end crimping + heat shrinking automatic positioning and baking are completed in one integration, which greatly improves efficiency.
