Feature
This is a hot-stripping 1-side automatic terminal machine, specialy designed for processing the lead-out wires of refrigeration compressors, with one end stripping the wires and the other end crimping the terminals. This machine adopts the ironing metho to strip the wires. The electric heating device can iron the outer braiding layer and heat seal the edges, which can solve the problem of loose ends of fluorine-resistant wires and difficult to peel off fluff. The wire inlet is equipped with 3 sets of straichteners, which can automatically straighten the wire and improve the stability of the machine operation. The wire feeding mechanism adopts 8-wheel wire feeding, which can prevent the wire from slipping and improve the wire feeding accuracy.
