The EW-05G+C is a servo motor driving machine with coiler for high production performance for 1.5 - 50 mm² wires.
1. 12-roller servo motor driving with belts feeding. Strong feeding force, highly precise feed length as per program set with 0.1 mm increment and no scratch mark on wire insulation/jacket guarantee.
2. Programmable and intuitive roller gap and roller pressure setup on PLC touch screen, no need manual adjustment.
3. Memory capacity of 200 programs with specific 3-layer stripping program for shield cable.
4. Coil ID 120 - 250 mm (mechanical-adjusted)
5. Optional middle strip module, slit module.
6. Optional pre-feeder, stacker and coiler.
