The EW-05F+3 is a versatile cut and strip machine for multi-core cables (max. 11 cores) and multi-stranded single wire up to 30 mm square.
1. Powered by hybrid servo motor, the productivity is maximized to 600 pcs./h (400 pcs./h multi-core cable).
2. Uni-V jacket stripping blades (optional radius blades for special jacket material).
3. Uni-flat core wire blades for max. 11 core wires (optional teeth blades for rubber insulation).
4. Enhanced feeding force, highly precise feed length as per program set with 0.1 mm increment and no scratch mark on wire insulation/jacket guarantee.
5. The left and right roller set gap is freely set on PLC touch screen to auto change the roller gap and roller pressure, no need manual adjustment.
6. Optional add-on: pre-feeder, middle strip (window strip) module, twist module, conveyor with stacker, coiler, ink-jet printer, industrial control system (ICS).
